- Promptly notifying Criterion of suspected unauthorized access
- Ensuring that individuals using your account are authorized to do so
You may not attempt to access another client’s information or any portion of a portal for which you have not been authorized.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Changes will not retroactively modify a signed client agreement unless the parties agree in writing.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted.
Criterion’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of its right to enforce that provision later.
20. Entire Agreement for Website Use
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning your use of the public website.
They do not replace a separate engagement letter, consulting agreement, confidentiality agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement between you and Criterion.
